“Back to Baking”, pp. 321
This is not a recipe per se, but instructions on how to make pretty chocolate shavings for garnish on desserts such as cakes, tarts or cupcakes. Simple but effective!
Ingredients:
- 1 block (4 oz or 125 g) dark, milk or white chocolate
Directions:
- Use a vegetable peeler to shave chocolate, and sprinkle over tarts, cakes or cupcakes, as desired. Alternatively, you can use a box grater to grate the chocolate into finer shavings.
