- Incentive: crust was too dry, coconut filling was too liquid and flavourless.
Chocolate and Cranberry Sticky Buns
- Incentive: I did not obtain sticky buns, but rather dry muffins.
- Incentive: this was a fiasco greater than then lemon buttercream disaster. Dough was too dry and filling quantity needs to be adjusted.
- Incentive: The middle layer was very hard as opposed to light fluffy.
- Incentive: What buttercream? The mixture I made looked more like a very liquid syrup.
